Dilemma, Keep or Sell and

Hello sifus,

I'm in some dilemma now.

4yrs ago I bought an apartment (rented at only rm1k/mth, gam gam cover instalment), and 2yrs ago I bought a landed property for own stay.

For apartment, it's 5th year by 2016, I'm in some dilemma whether to sell it or keep it.

A.) Keep it, and increase the rental a bit since I rent under market value, and I have some cash, maybe can buy another cheap cheap apartment (since I can borrow 70% only), then rent to others to cover my instalment, this maybe the most secure way, but will spent my cash, and ROI is so-so.

B.) Sell my apartment, get some cash, and buy another 2 properties (1 borrow 90% another 70%), or if possible buy new launch with all the rebates, and spent part of the cash, but this is a bit insecure as the property price is a bit steep now, but seems like this can bring huge ROI.

C.) Re-finance my apartment and buy another property. Not sure whether this option is OK, I called public bank they said re-finance repayment only 10years........ If it is then won't consider.

May I know what is the best way ? Need sifus here to advice. Thanks !

Dear bros, sifus, taikors,

I have some spare cash, and looking for some investment opportunity, may I know is there any apartment between 200k-250k, sub sale it's ok, and able to get rental return of>1k/ month, free hold, Klang valley area, is it possible ?

I did some survey and found that Klang bayu perdana area have a few fall in this category, may I know about the situation there ? Is it worth it ? Or is there any other better area ? Preferably if at subang area.

Window 8 tablet

Hi dudes,

I'm gonna replace my old laptop, and when I did survey, I found these stuff -> window 8 tablet !

Damn that's what I looked for because I used my laptop because of MS office, printing, and downloading movie, others, all ipad. I tried to replace my documents stuff with ipad, but it's not possible at all because of the mature file hierarchy system in window, I have tonne of documents.

OK, main question:

1.) whether window tablet works exactly same as laptop ?
2.) create, edit, view words, excel, PowerPoint file and converting to PDF ? <- main purpose or else no point to buy it.
3.) link to my printer via wifi and print?
4.) downloading movie/ mp3 via utorrent and copy them to USB ?
5.) no more virus advertisement that kept popped out ?
6.) recommend ? I do not need very hi-tech as I got ipad for my multimedia stuff, just good enough, won't lag for my office work and printing, my budget is 1k RM+- cheap and good the best haha.

Sorry for so much question as I'm totally noob with PC stuff and appreciate if members here can help with these.

Help, warranty on jailbreaked iPad 2

Dear ALL,

I just bought an iPad 2, less than 2 months ago.

within 1.5 month, the charging dock spoilt, it unable to charge/ connect to iTunes, and the problem is, I'd jailbreak it, so it means I unable to restore and send for warranty.

I tried to restore it from the device and it's not work at all, anyone faced this before ?

please let me know how can I restore it without connecting to iTunes, or else this iPad will be a brickPad... T_T

Hello,

Im a newbie in photography, and very keen to develop my interest in it.

Initially Im going to buy a very basic DC only, but after browsing thru the forum, I get poisoned by DSLR, but the price is terribly high, lets do not mentioned about the lens and others accessories.

After some survey, I'd put my eye on Panasonic Lumix FZ28 and Nikon D40 kits, the price for both camera is almost the same, but 1 is the prosumer and another is a basic DSLR, so may I know which 1 I should choose, D40 price is slightly higher than FZ28 only, so which 1 I should choose? Can I get the effect like DSLR with FZ28?

ddr2 ram problem

hello,

I'm using Dell Vostro 1200 laptop, the ram is dual channel ddr2 ram, originally I'm using 1G, 512mb x 2 ram, and yesterday I'd bought a new 2G ram from PC fair.

I take out 1 512mb ram, and replaced with 2G ram, so it is 2G + 512mb, 2.5Gb ram, but I just found for dual slot ddr2 ram, I have to use the same brand and same speed ram, is that true? if I use diff 1 (like my setup now), what will happen?

damn, if I have to use the same 1, means I have to get another piece of 2G ram? or I can just run with 1 pc of 2G ddr2? or just stick with 2.5G?

pls help me. thx

can I use 2 diff. speed ram in same laptop?
