            <title>USB Port poblems</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/740542</link>
<description>I have a laptop from dell that is a couple years old, a model Inspiron E1505. Whenever I connect anything to a USB port: printer, webcam, mouse etc. it always says usb port malfunction and they won&amp;#39;t work. This goes for all 4 ports. I called Dell up and they said it was a hardrive problem and sent me a new hardrive from another problem and said this problem would be fixed to. However it didn&amp;#39;t and I was hoping there was something I could do to fix it. It seems that if I wiggle the device around I can get it to work but then as soon as I move my hand away the port malfunctions again. I would prefer to fix it myself if possible so I don&amp;#39;t have to send it to Dell to do it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone got any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?</description>
