Asus P4P 800-MX - Wide screen

Hello, my pc using Asus motherboard, P4P 800 MX. currently i bought a samsung 19" Wide screen LCD monitor.
after i install my LCD to my PC, there is not resolution 1440x900 (wide) for me to select. even i tried install motherboard VGA driver and samsung OEM driver.
Now the resolution is not compatible with my monitor, blurblur now. Anyone here can help me?

I am using VGA built-in mother board, so there is no graphic card.

Password protect folder in ext hdd

I know there are a lot of folder protecting software in market, but i still cant find anyone which really useful with me.
Hope u guys can help me.
Ok, I wanna protect 1 of my ext hdd folder (only 1, the rest is open public),
after set the password, i can access it with password at every pc (with or without the software).

p/s: after set the password, i can easily access it from every PC, as long as i got the password.
