Any Tealive lovers would like to share their views on this? RM1bil in valuation? Is he asking for too much, especially with fierce competition coming into the market in droves right now.
As far as I know, he is in talks with parties in China to expand their foothold there. For such a young brand, is it too early for him to be looking at such a valuation?

Also any IPO experts would like to share their opinion?

This is a Full Time position, office is located in Klang, salary is negotiable according to experience.

Responsibilities:

- To assist in tender / contract reviews, preparing contracts documents, negotiation with sub-contractors, liasing with suppliers, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondence.

- To assist Project Manager / Contract Manager in the overall QS operation of projects assigned (taking-off, BQ and Material, Tendering, Cost Analysis, Certification & VO)

- Handling progress claims / payments. Required to liaise with Consultants, Quantity Surveyors and Architects for the certification of progress claims.

Requirements:

- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

- Candidates must be fluent in using MS Excel and MS Word for daily job tasks

- Optional skills: MS Project or AutoCAD will be an advantage

- Ability to speak Chinese language is an advantage, but not a requirement

- At least TWO (2) years of work experience in related field is required for this position

- Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specialising in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Cashflow is an educational tool in board game format designed by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad), which aims to teach the players concepts of investing by having their money work for them in a risk free setting (play money).

This event is the 6th Cashflow event organised for the members of Malaysian Entrepreneurs Network (M.E.N) with the purpose of entertainment among members. Prior to this, we had 5 very successful Cashflow events attended by over 10 members.

We will LIMIT the number of players to only 12 for this event because we want to keep the size of the group small, so it will be on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are interested to join us in having some fun while learning, please PM me your contact details.

Since most of us here are currently running a business or are dreaming of owning one, anyone here interested to join me in forming a business networking group?
