New Development in Bandar Putra Permai

There is a new development near the Giant in Seri Kembangan (near Pasar Borong). I saw it from far when I passed by Giant. Have tried to find out, but it was inside a G&G Semi-D development named Sovereign and the guard not allow me to go in. Thus, I can't go in to check the name of the development.

It is under construction but likely to complete very soon. The modern facade design in grey color captures my attention. It is along the Persiaran Putra Permai Perdana. I have attached a map screenshot for the location.

Does anyone know what development is this?

Thanks.

Hi Guys. I plan to get a Hyundai Elantra 1.6 AT Full Spec at around OTR RM 92k (after discount) after survey of New VIOS, CITY and KIA Cerato. (I know they're different segment). My only worry is the quality of korean car as seem quite a lot bad comments around.

I would appreciate for any comments on Hyundai Elantra or better choice.

Thanks.

Understand that there is no hedge fund in Malaysia but curious if any strategist/analyst/PM/trader around who is involving in L/S, Short bias, multi strategies, hedging in multi asset classes regardless you’re doing it personally or intuitionally abroad. Is the local expert competitive enough if the regulator easing the restriction by opening to more complex financial instruments/strategies.

What do you think of investment career in Malaysia

Generally, what do think of investment career in Malaysia? Is the capital market in Malaysia too small as leading to less opportunity? Is Malaysia financial industry lack of expertise resulting of incapability to compete with foreign investment instituition? Is the policy having too much of restriction that caused high difficulty in investment business start up in Malaysia? Is the analyst, trader or investment manager lack of skills?

However, i believe the education system in Malaysia is less likely capable to produce a financial graduate who really understand the market (except self learner). Besides, the capital market policy is over conservative in my opinion.

You're welcome to drop a comment or raise any question about the investment career in Malaysia. What is your thought?

Project Funding Issue

Hi. I been an Entrepreneur for 2 years and i am thinking to acquire a franchise from Oversea as i been pursued them to come into Malaysia's Market through E-mail couple months ago and it is in Malaysia now. The CEO in Malaysia called me up and offered me the 1st franchise in Malaysia. However, i have the cash for the acquisition of the whole franchise but still lack of some cash for operation cash flow. In addition, I look for several Venture Capitalist and Angel Investor for funding but they seem only interested in Master Franchisee while not to franchisee. Besides, most of them agreed that my projected project is realistic but just not in their investment range. My question is, is there anywhere else to raise fund instead VC/AI? I do hope anyone can help me for this problem with their experiences. Thanks a lot.

There is a old team with me and i find that it is incapable to handle the new venture business due to the team member is not independent enough in their own sector and critical problem solving talent which required a immediate decision making. Basically i already have a roughly idea for a new team structure but i still wish to seek for any advice/experience in structuring a Team.
