UK / Ireland Student Visa

I understand one of the supporting documents for student visa application to UK and Ireland is the previous passports (in addition to the current valid passport).

1. Can someone share how far back the previous passports are required?

2. What happens if the old previous passports are longer with the applicant i.e. misplaced / cannot be located? Does one require to furnish alternative information / documents?

Hope someone could help. Thank you.

Astro - Channels Changing Device

There are 2 astro points in my unit and I plan to place a Tv together with astro decoder at one of the points (TV-1) and a Tv at the other point (TV-2).

Could I ask if there is any wireless device in the market that allows me to control the channels while watching TV-2 without me going back to Tv-1 and decoder?

If not, is there some wiring work that I need to ask the electrician to do in order for me to control the channels while watching Tv-2?

Thank you.

Laser Printer AIO for iMac

Hi

I am using iMac (Version 10.7.5) and looking for a print/scan/copy laser jet printer with a budget of around RM400+.

I am not IT savvy, a simple and user friendly printer will serve my purpose. More importantly, it should work well with Mac machine as I heard the scanner feature of some printers do not work well with Mac machine.

Some suggestions / advices will be very much appreciated.

Thank you so much.

Imac - Wireless Mouse

Hi

I am using a 21.5" iMac desktop.

The battery of the wireless mouse (original Apple) drained off very fast but that of wireless keyboard is ok.

I don't turn off the mouse when not in use. Is that the reason for the battery running down very fast?

Thank you for advice.

Flash for Nikon D80

I use my Nikon D80 mostly for my family travelling trips.

I plan to get a flash for the camera insteads of relying on the built-in flash. I just need a simple flash to enable me to capture picture in dim / dark environment.

I am working on a budget of about RM500-600. Initially, I was looking at Nikon SB400 but was told it was not good enough for D80 and was advised to look at SB600. But, SB600 is well above my budget and I will not likely use some of the features like wireless ......

I need some advices on the foll:

1. Will SB400 serve my purpose?

2. Are there any other third party flash within my budget that I should look at?

Thank you so much.
