The American and European authorities said on Thursday that they had shut down two of the largest online black markets, AlphaBay and Hansa Market, and arrested their operators.

AlphaBay, the largest so-called dark net market, was taken down in early July at the same time the authorities arrested the reported founder of the site, Alexandre Cazes, a Canadian man who was living in Bangkok.

The international operation to seize AlphaBay’s infrastructure was led by the United States and involved cooperation and efforts by law enforcement authorities in Thailand, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France, as well as the European law enforcement agency Europol.

hi guys, need some help,

i will travel to Penang via flight this friday, arriving at Bayan Lepas Airport at 4.30pm. from there, i need to go to Cinta Sayang Resort in Sungai Petani, Kedah to attend a dinner at 8pm.

can anyone help me point out how to get to the resort from the Penang Airport other than taking the airport taxi/limo? from what i've searched online, the ride will cost me from RM130 to RM150, which is quite a lot.

hi guys,

so i'm in my early 30's, and about 7 months ago i experienced blurry vision in my right eye. it gotten worst since then and yesterday, i went to Hospital Sultan Ismail (i'm from JB) and the eye doctors told me that i have a rare cataract condition, A.C.C. cataract, something like that. can't remember the proper name.

anyway, what is happening is that this cataract is caused mainly if the patient has a previous skin disease/cancer, which i did many years ago. when i was 15, i got a skin disease that i can't remember its full name other than 'dermatitis ... ' so because of this history, i now contract cataract in my right eye that has formed on the front surface of the lens, as opposed to the normal cataract that forms on the backside; at least this is what the doctors told me. i had 2 doctors checked and discussed my problem.

in the end, they calculated that the cataract is at the 20% level/stage, and government hospitals do not offer surgery for anything below 50%. for the time being, i can handle the problem except when i'm outdoors under the sunlight which i require sunglasses because my right eye almost sees nothing other than white blurriness. if i still want to do surgery, i need to do it at a private clinic/hospital.

so i'm asking you guys for any advice on a good place to do it in JB ONLY, since my daily routine really prohibits me from travelling far and being hospitalized. i know privates are quite expensive; i'm hoping for a place with a good deal since right now i'm at a very difficult place in my life financially.
