Need suggestion for Groupware Calender/Appointment

Currently i am looking a groupware or Sometimes called collaborative software.

The software that can synchronize entire company meeting schedule/appointment/leave status. It should have a calender synchronization with Microsoft outlook.

Groupware services can include the sharing of calendars, collective writing, e-mail handling, electronic meetings with each person able to see and display information to others, and other activities.

Is there any other nice groupware except microsoft exchange or lotus notes? I dont mind if it need to be paid as this is required by my company ..

Need all sifu opinion there

First, i dont know is that really the problem of streamyx or my site, hope some pro out there can clarify this

Here is my streamyx problem in short,
the connection sometimes running perfectly for few days, but sometimes it can be dc for more than 10 hours
did call the technical support dozensss of times, but the problem still remain after they go

Usually when the network is down, i can reconnect back by unplug n plug back the DSL cable at the "splitter" side shown as the pic below

1. May i know what device is this ? The input is from the telephone line, and there got 2 outputs labeling "in" & "out"
why it seem like both the output is the same ? I can connect to the internet using either one of the "in"/"out"

I think the top device is an old splitter which function similar like this

2. What are the difference between that 2 splitters?

3. When there is a dc, i will unplug the DSL and plug it into a phone and listen to the noise of the tone, keep reseting the phone until i get a smooth tone without noise, then directly plug the phone line into the modem, it will reconnect back .. if let the modem auto-connect without reseting by a phone, the internet mostly still down why is that so ?

As title mentioned, can anyone suggest a good PDA/portable device just for receiving/sending email while outstation

other function is not necessary (web surfing, chating, games, application etc)

the budget should not more than RM 1800.
About 10++ people will be using it so that they can immediately alert by new incoming email.

Any suggestion ?

Can my mobo support latest Graphics card ?

Currently my computer spec is as below:

Intel C2D E6600 overclocked @ 3Ghz
4 GB DDR2 @ 800Mhz
MSI P965 Neo Motherboard(7235)
Galaxy 7300 GT 128MB ddr3

I am thinking of upgrading my GC

Since my mobo is quite old... 1 year++ , at the time the PCI-E only version 1
But now it seem that all the new GC now is PCI-E 2.0 =.= ( 4850, 4870, 9600GT, 9800GX...)

I know almost all the latest graphics card is backward compatible with pci-e 1.0

BUT will it affect / DEGRADE the performance ?
Do i need to upgrade my mobo ?

Kindly advise me please ... i want a new GC
