Pihak polis menafikan lambat bertindak terhadap insiden kekasaran terhadap mahasiswa yang berkhemah di Dataran Merdeka bagi menuntut pemansuhan pinjaman pelajaran awal pagi tadi.

Ketua Polis Kuala Lumpur Datuk Mohmad Salleh berkata, dua anggota polis berpakaian biasa sudah berada ketika kejadian 2.40 pagi tadi dan 10 anggota berpakaian seragam tiba enam minit kemudian.

Bercakap dalam sidang media di ibu pejabat polis di Kuala Lumpur, beliau juga menafikan pasukan penguatkuasa hanya sekadar memerhatikan insiden itu tanpa mengambil sebarang tindakan.

Mohmad sementara itu dipetik Bernama sebagai berkata jika benar kedatangan pihak polis lewat, tidak mustahil peserta berkenaan yang berkhemah di Dataran Merdeka sejak Sabtu lepas bagi membantah PTPTN boleh mengalami kecederaan yang lebih serius atau terbunuh.

Beliau berkata disebabkan ketangkasan pihak polis juga seorang daripada anggota kumpulan penyerang itu berumur 28 tahun dan bekerja sendiri telah ditangkap untuk membantu siasatan dan ditahan reman sehingga 24 April ini.

Katanya lagi, tuduhan itu adalah melulu kerana enam buah MPV peronda polis bersama pegawai DBKL tiba lima minit selepas insiden itu berlaku.

"Malah disebabkan kejadian kira-kira pukul 2.40 pagi itu, dua detektif polis cedera di bahagian belakang ketika cuba meleraikan pergaduhan.

"Serangan itu dilakukan sekumpulan 30 hingga 40 orang yang berumur lingkungan 20 dan 30-an yang memakai baju hitam," katanya kepada pemberita di Kuala Lumpur.

Mohmad berkata dalam kejadian itu seorang ahli perniagaan berumur 40 tahun cedera di mata dan menerima rawatan di Hospital Kuala Lumpur, namun polis masih belum dapat mengenal pasti sama ada mangsa adalah penyerang atau peserta.

"Setakat ini polis telah menerima enam laporan daripada pegawai polis, pegawai DBKL serta seorang mangsa yang cedera. Polis masih tidak dapat mengesan punca mereka diserang dan kita akan merakam keterangan mangsa serta lelaki yang ditahan itu untuk siasatan lanjut," katanya.

Electoral reform coalition Bersih 2.0 has unearthed more instances of fraud in the latest electoral roll ahead of its April 28 rally, including 24,105 voters in Sabah and Sarawak allegedly re-registered in Selangor.

During a press conference today in Kuala Lumpur, the Bersih 2.0 steering committee claimed that 15,520 Sabah voters and 8,585 Sarawak voters had been registered twice in Selangor in the latest electoral roll updated until first quarter of 2012.

Well then, I would like to ask everyone's opinion. Between the VOIP Phone and normal lined telephone. Which 1 would you prefer more?

Please take into consideration the pros and cons of the VOIP phone as well as the local lined telephone.

I'm a student from a college that tuning with the USM. Currently taking this paper of AKW 103 (Intro to Management). But somehow, my college unable to get the notes from the USM supervisors. Currently everyone in my class is hanging.. Anyone from USM that is kind enough to help me get the notes will be very much appreciated.

Hi, I just bought a new PSP.. How long should my first charge for the battery? Is it the same like handphone (need to charge like 8hours) for the first time even after the battery is full?

All sifus, i read through the thread of the 4800 series. they pointed that the profiles created is in

C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\ATI\ACE

but i cant seems to locate it.. i created the profile this way is it correct?

I just click save (then the Test.xml suppose to appear rite?) but somehow its not.. please tell me did i do something wrong
