EPF Nomination Issue

Plan to do EPF Nomination, However:

- Mother can't manage money well and gamble,
- Brother jobless for several years and can't manage money well
- Already sold of the last property from deceased father

I am facing similar scenario like Anita Mui.,.. I am single currently.

1. Can I nominate EPF to 4 of my closed friends now?
2. If one day touch wood I gg.com, my mother and brother cannot challenge my EPF Nomination right ? 4 of my friends can withdraw the money smoothly from my EPF ? I don't wish to create any troubles to my best friends

Buying &Transfer process,house fr deceased father)

My father (deceased) left a house with a join name of my mother & my brother and me

This is an old house which loan already settle 10 years ago. My brother and my mum need some cash urgently.

- My brother agreed to sell his 1/3 to me amount to 150k &
- My mother agreed to sell her 1/3 to me amount to 150k

Questions:
1) I don't wish to borrow loan but to pay off 300k cash to them. How should I proceed?
2) Do i need to engage with any lawyer to state clearly the pay off of this 300k amount ?
3) What are the fees need to take into consideration with this scenario?

Net Salary Pay = RM 6000
-------------------------------------------------------
New Car $= RM 100K
New House $= RM 620K
Monthly Commitment = RM 1100 ( 1st house)

Saving/Cash :
a) FD = RM 200K
b) 1st House loan additional payment that reduced the loan principal (flexi loan) = RM 100K can be withdraw anytime

How should I plan in order to purchase my new car & new house at the same?

New Car & house down payment to place how much?

Need some ideas from SIFU here….

I would like to add a curtain to cover up the outdoor compressor and piping.

Should I add a curtain behind of the glass or outside of the glass?

In terms of color, which one would be better....

The Love Alive Charity Concert 2.0 comes in light with March being the Kidney Awareness month

As for this year, by carrying out Love Alive Charity Concert 2.0, proceeds from this charity concert will benefit the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia in its fight against kidney failure and Rotaract Club of Penang to continue its support towards community service projects.

The Rotaract Club of Penang, together with a vivacious team from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) decided to lend a hand in aiding kidney failure patients in Malaysia and also to encourage Malaysians all around to stand up to kidney diseases.

Our initiative to help kidney failure patients came in the form of a charity concert that will showcase local talents such as Amber Chia Academy (Fashion Show), Zhao Jie Ying ( Astro Talent Quest- Runner Up), Soon Yi Ling (Astro 'Hua Hi Tai' Triple Champion), Lau Han Jie , Beatbox U-Shyan, USM Jazz Band, and Temple of Fine Arts.

For this concert, tickets are priced at RM 30 per person.
