Tenant Problem

Need to seek some advice

My tenant never miss the monthly rental but lately I found that he owe lot utilities bill especially
to TNB almost a year and amount come up to RM600++ (Average Rm40/50 per month). This make me freak out
and check for others utilities bill as well.

I also stupid enough to allow him to deduct 1 month rental due to his Raya thing bla bla bla...
from the deposit (2 month + utilities) that he give. After that, I try to ask back for deposit and now become
mission impossible.

My question is

1. How can I manage to collect back the 1 month deposit that he deducted earlier?
2. Can I go TNB and request them to disconnect the electricity?
3. Any idea to check other utilities as well such as Astro/TM?

By the way, my property is Apartment.

Nose Problem

I have running nose every single morning, sometimes when expose to air-con/cold or take spicy food it will trigger my nose.
I believe this symptom is called Sinusitis. Its been like this for years.

Anyone of you could recommend a good doctor or treatment which could stop this problem? Any help or suggestion is much appreciated.

Windows Live Mail

I have install Window Live Mail in order to backup my email to hard drive.

At first I have problem syncing my hotmail with Window Live Mail but after following this guide

I manage to link it to my Window Live Mail

The problem now is I every time I try to backup to an empty folder, it only will backup 1 files only even though I select ALL

Do anyone have an idea what is going wrong here? By the way, I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro

Any better solution to backup email (hotmail) to hard disk?

I have accidentally bought 2 unit of Aztech HL113EW

How possible to connect 2 unit of Aztech HL113EW without need of Aztech HL113E connect to my router?
I have try to connect Aztech HL113EW to my router and another one at my downstairs desktop CPU.

I try with Wireless Connection or Cable Connection but both seems to have Limited Connection.
Anything goes wrong or this 2 unit of same model cant connect at all without the Aztech HL113E to my router?

My question is

In the Perodua book , it's say that my type specifications is 175/65R14. What is that mean? I'm totally noob here.
