HELP! cant switch on my iphone..

hi guys..

I have a major problem with my iphone.. i cannot switch it on..
i didnt switch it off, it switches off by itself..
Yes, i'v pressed the power button zillion times & yes i'v pressed and hold Power button and Home button together for at least 10 hours! still no respond..
My battery was totally full when it switches off..
There's no msg on the screen but if i tried to charge it or connect it to my laptop, the charging symbol appeared but thats it..
The battery is still the same.. it is not increasing at all..
I wasn't trying to upgrade or download firmware. Just using it normally. Its an iphone 2G.
Such thing never happened before.. Changed the simcard but still nothing.
I didn't drop it or got it wet or something.....
What shall I do? WTH is wrong with my iphone?
Please GURUs... help me...

HELP!

A few days ago I noticed my monitor began to flicker on and off every once-in-a-while.
As time went by, it got worse (the flicks would be more constant, and sometimes last for longer).

My computer model is "HP Touchsmart PC".
I am using Windows Vista

Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
If you need more information, I will try to provide it;
I am so desperate to sort this out -
I thought today would be the end of my problems, but it appears just to be worse ..

After upgrading itunes & iphone, my iphone startin to restart. Then after finish restarting, it appeared at itunes dat my simcard does not appear to be supported. Wat shud i do?? Help me.. plissssssss....
