Warranty 2 years... item bought 3 months ago. Open box, testing the unit and pack back into it cuz i can't get it work with my dlink router. Been sitting home collecting dust.

Details of the complaint : i bought the used unit from this seller. he wasn't being honest about:

1) "applied with imak full body transparent shield" - when i brought the unit and at home when check, i notice the back panel is not apply with body shield. ask him n then only he explain cuz he peel it off due to he doesn't know how to apply. during cod, he zipped about that word...

2) prior to cod, i ask him where's the ap company from and is it 100% working unit. he didn't answer the first question and answer 2nd question saying it is 100% working. asked again about the ap company location while he was on the way to cod destination, again, no answer. and lastly when cod period, he show me the warranty card from the ap, i asked for receipt, he said the warranty card itself it's good enough, again on purpose that dun review it's from Kuantan, Pahang where later at home i flipped the warranty card saw the ap company address. (come on, i'm at kl, why would i wanna buy a unit warranty all the way from pahang?)

3) wifi is not working, or i should barely works... can detect, cannot connect. tried at home wife and at starbuck, can't even see the network. on that condition, it's not 100% working unit.

thus, as i've pm n sms this guy stating from yesterday that i want my money back today, meet up after work. and ask him why he never tell me the warranty from Kuantan. That guy just no reply for my sms and pm, better yet, i check his threads, all closed even though he was selling some phone body shield. clearly this feller is runnin away now...

kindly help me.... i got his maybank account number 162049796892 and phone 017-8802248. can anybody help me to dig out this feller? pls... he stated that he works at shah alam but stay at klang, nickname eric.

Creative Inspire 5300 volume controller problem

Hi,
I'm having a creative inspire for about 4 years now and recently I start to have problem with the power on off thing. It uses the volume controller to turn on or off the speaker, but when i turn on, sometime if will off by itself (there is a Power LED indicator on the volume controller) and it sometime will power on back again itself. Or when I tap on it a few times, it'll come back alive again..

Does anybody there know what's the cost of the problem?

side note: friend of mine got a creative s740, front satellite got no sound, swap satellite also the same, anyway to fix it?
