Rude customer service of cavenzi

*** I am not sure if i post in the right place.***

This could be an isolated case, i duno. But i am really not happy and hope everyone could be careful with this shop.
Following is the letter i sent to the enquiry@cavenzi.com.

To whom it may concern,

My sister has made a purchase on 17th April 2011, invoice number: M24543. In this invoice, there wer a few items including 1 sofa set made in leren leather.
I wasn't satisfied with the materiel and requasted to cancel the order.

On 18th April 2011, i called sales exec Vivien Chew who served my sister vivien chew on this matter and the reply given was according to terms and condition i cant made a cancellation but exchange is allowed.
Then she said she will call me back on this matter.

On 19th April 2011, I called Vivien Chew again to follow up with this matter. Reply from her was this case has been sent to HQ and asked me to refer to a staff called Mala.
I called immediately to talk to mala.

After i introduced myself, to my dismay, the woman immediately refused me very firmly and asked me to proceed with the court action if i am not satisfied with the response.
She didn't even give me an opportunity to explain the situation! I requested for her full name,. she refused to give me and said she has no family name at all.
According to Vivien chew, this Mala is a customer service personnel. If this is a standard of your customer service, I seriously think that You should look into it.

FYI, I've filed a complaint to NCCC regarding the original case. I will file again specifically to this Mala without family name!

help My Car kena hit n run

It happen last month, the car belongs to me, but my sister was driving that time.

She was on the way to somewhere around puchong. She made a right cut ahead of a car to make a right turn after a traffic light. Out of sudden, that car went nuts and drove ahead of her and hit her at the left near front spot light and ran away. My sister tried to chase him but failed. He was driving a nissan 4 wheel and our was a kancil.

She managed to jot down his car plate number and went to report police. We called our insurance agent asking about the procedure to make an insurance claim from that car. Our agent asked us to go to the workshop she knew to do a damage assessment. we went and that lady boss told us tat it was too minor for them to claim from the insurance company. She explained tat in order to make a claim, they need to collect (I'm not sure if i spell tat right) "rajah keputusan kasar" from the police station, and a "Procedural fee" wud be charged for about RM150 by the officers. Thus, there is no much profit to them. So, they asked us to collect that paper from the police station ourselves, tat's foc.

We called that sarjan in charge of our case the other day. He said he cudn't issue anything like that before that car owner come to report. Then he said that paper shud not be collected by us but the workshop ppl.

I know the damage is minor, but i really dun want to let that stupid ppl did smth like tat and ran away like nothing happen.
So my question is, does thing really work this way? Is there any other thing i can do besides wait for that car owner to go report? Or shud i look for other workshop that willing to go thru all the hassle n repair my car. Does this thing need to be handled by my insurance agent， coz according to some ppl, we paid for their service. they shud do thing for us. I hv no clue at all. help!!!

help Kitten stucked in an empty house

There is a kitten stucked in an empty house next of my house. Dunno how it got in. But it seems like couldn't find it's way out. Crying for a day already...
We tried to put in a wood through window to help it climb up, but it wouldn't want to move near the window, hide in the other corner of the room...
What should we do about it?

Anybody been to dr. christina chea clinic? i went for consultation last few months.. thinkng to do it next month.. anyone done that b4? kindly share ur experience a bit..
