Water heater EELS test button

Recently my Joven water heater keep tripped ELCB

I replaced a 20A switch without ground still same

Then i tried open ELBC box found the 20A ELCB connected to water heater was burned

I bought a ELCB think to replace it but upper screw stuck, bottom all connected with MCB copper bar, so i can’t remove it

Last i found 2 C20 same empty spare ELCB n same row , i cut the wire and connected it all fine

But today i found it the EELS button sometimes is not work, i got another same Joven water heater in another bath room

Press test all light off, reset work again, no matter how many times i press it

But this water heater i press test (light off), reset (light on) press again test (nothing happened), tried turn off switch outside and on again , test work again but only once

So what should i check now?

my loan just approved

but i apply 450k = loan 405k only

now if I want but another higher block is 480k

what should i do?

pay30k to owner or apply again loan

Who is using this plan now?

just want to know what's the download speed

i'm using since 2004 called basic 384, then TM upgrade to basic 512

now they called Streamyx G.Lite Home Subscription 88

i never check my bill online, just found it the plan (name) changed

my modem show me it's 1MB

here the speed test, do you believe it's 1MB plan

i've test many times about 375kb/s only

it's much slower than digi 3G (700kb/s) - speed test 450kb/s

i got 3 dsl-300g modem, 1 of the modem show "unidentified network" in vista home after holiday cny, about 10 days i didn't use

try reset, call tm... it said problem no default gateway, if use obtain ip automatic

it show me 169.254.x.x

i got 2 modem dsl-300g and dsl-520b, how to connect streamyx?

i try connect pc (phone line + modem) and 1st floor laptor (phone line + modem) not work...

without network cable cos both modem only 1 port

is it possible?

cos currently my laptop using wifi (neighbor streamyx account)
