CIMB Redemption Statement questions

Hi guys, I'm planning to settle the house loan early, went to apply and already received the Redemption Statement.
I went to the CIMB home branch to settle the loan, unfortunately the staff in charge was not around. I had to make calls to the staff, and it's really not convenient as she's busy.
I'm still left with many questions. while waiting for her to respond back. I thought of asking here, who knows anyone has experience/knowledge with it.

So basically, I applied loan type CA flexi from CIMB. this is the loan where if you have the full amount stored in the current account you won't get charged with interest.
I was told there is a minimum 5 years lockdown before settlement. and 5 years passed, I'm planning to settle it once for all. In the redemption statement says that I should make payment to them (CIMB)
But how do I make the payment if I already have the full amount of loan inside the current account itself?
I just feel weird to issue a cheque when the money is already inside the bank.

This is my first time dealing with this, so pls help me to be clear.

Updated to latest macOS Sierra (see screenshot pic), physical condition as per pics attached (no scratches, last time used case protector).
Never had problem and never claimed the warranty, also never modify the specs - specs as per original since purchased.
Still good for browsing and light activities.
The only thing that worn out is the battery & overall is a bit slow (recommend to change battery,upgrade to SSD and clean install macOS)
Reason for not selling:
Biggest Apology to people who has had interest on this item. After I wiped out and clean install-ed this macbook, turned out the macbook feels like brand new.
Problems like apps running slow and battery drain fast are gone which was the reason why i wanted to sell. So now, I intend to keep it and maybe give another year for personal use.
I really feel bad that I have made this ad out but I had to pull back. I'm sorry guys!
