cold boot problem

Problem with starting PC: Start it up cold having been off for an hour or more: fresh install of windows XP SP2 or vista 32bit or vista 64bit doesn't fully load - it beeps once, goes through the BIOS, and load windows, taskbar appear, suddenly stops, the display turns off, restarts and then windows loads perfectly (2nd load or 3rd load). If I turn it off and it's only been off for a few minutes though, everything is fine. Help me!

gigabyte ga-965P-ds3
2x2gb g.skill pc8000 ddr2
wd 640gb
samsung dvdrw
sapphire hd4850
enermax FMAII 460W

here is what i've done so far
- change ram
- change mobo
- change all cable, (SATA, IDE )
- change psu with fren's one
- change gc to 73GT
- cabut all peripheral (card reader / front usb / LAN card)

yet problem still occur... help me... how to solve this problem

i've watched Buletin Utama just now, there is new low end pc launched by Pak Lah (something like tablet PC).. Anyone got any idea about the spec could be? can it compete with asus eee pc?

It is learnt that the concept of the new PC will be unveiled to the Prime Minister next week during the National Innovation Conference and Exhibition at the Putra World Trade Centre.

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (Mosti) is said to be collaborating with technology partners in Taiwan and India for the affordable PC project.

Sources say that the proof of concept for the PC has already been carried out by Mimos and it will soon submit this to the Economic Planning Unit in the Prime Minister's Department for implementation.

The project is expected to be linked to Mosti's 'K-School' programme, which was launched early this year.

The 'K-School' project is aimed at improving education delivery and school administration through information and communications technology-based systems and tools to ensure Malaysia's long-term competitiveness in the knowledge-economy.

Sekolah Menengah Agama Bukit Ibam in Pahang was chosen as the pilot site for the project to ensure that religious-based schools in the rural areas are not left behind in technological advancement.

i need help here, i cant access my website (www.mmusc.org) since yesterday. i suspect my website was blocked by isp (TMNUT) since i still can access my website using proxy.
this website is mainly about soccer club in my college
using xlphp.net to host my website

what should i do ?

i just change my graphic card form ati radeon 9200se to FX5500.
unfortunately, after installing new graphic card, aero work perfectly but my pc fail to detect widescreen resolution,

i'm using windows vista, 96.85 forceware & 19" widescreen which support up to 1440x900

TV not detected

actualy, i want to connect my pc to TV (just normal 21" flat screen tv) which dont have component port & S-video port.

i'm using 7300GT, to connect it to my TV, i'm using the cable given, from graphic card - it saperate into composite (green,blue,red) & S-video.

then i'm using converter ( s-video to RCA ) to connect it my tv, but, windows cant detect my tv & tv just showing blue screen

hope fellow forummers can help me

i've just try out this software, & try to install Vista RC1

vista installation finish & task manager, eat up to 1.5gb virtual memory

its work, but lag like a hell, like using windows XP on pentium II
maybe because i only allocate 512MB ram, 65Gb virtual hard disk, 8mb graphic
vista installation itself takes about 2 hours (7am - 9am to be specific)

another cons, it seems cant boot from my dvd burner drive, as for this vista intallation, i've mount image in my HDD, dunno what problem actually
