How to made impact complaint on insurance

Hi sifus, facing big issue with HLA insurance.
Purchased an policy last year June... Met up with the agent about a month after paid the policy premium to discuss if we can amend the policy to smaller premium.
Agent convinced not to change the policy within a year, if yes, do it before 2nd year payment.
Few weeks before 2nd year due date, met up with agent to discuss same topic.

Offered a few options, but need get guarantor signature, agent confirmed will settle.

Dragged for two months finally get the signature. As I always travel for business trip, agent offer to get guarantor sign instead of I do it myself.

Issue come now, I request change to smaller amount policy, agent said it was amended accordingly, yet I received official letter from HLA to chase payment for original amount.

Agent MIA! Call, SMS, whatapps all didn't reply!!

How can I handle this policy now?
Received letter shown policy lapsed....

Shall I raise complain to MCMC? Or what is the agency should I looking for

Hi All,

Recently been offered by management to take up new roll in China office. A lot of new words come to me and I was a bit blur and don't quite understand the meaning as well.

This was a big concern for me as my HQ HR manager don't even know how to explain in details to me..

Hopefully some sifu can help to answer my concern

1) What is the different between Secondment and posting?

2) Anything must i take note if accept the offer to China? (insurance, income tax, staff welfare and etc)

3) HR mentioned will offer secondment insurance ...what does it mean? as I know China hospitalization cost is very expensive..not sure if the insurance he mentioned is sufficient

The initial discussion is base there for 2 years and above.. wondering if i still need concern about my income tax in Msia as well
