Wall Black Paint Issue

I have done repainting my wall for at least 4 to 5 times but the problem persist as below, what could be the possible root cause and are there any remedies for it?

I'm going to install woofer and amp to my current drive, any good place/workshop recommended in order to get it installed?
I have bought the amp and woofer unit, just to carry out the installation.

My AMP is JBL GX-A3001, was quoted by one shop to use hi-low converter which I don't think so which the amp can be equipped with both low/high inputs, any suggestion for this?

Preferable nearby Puchong area, not too far from it.

Network Traffic Real Time Monitoring

I'm wonder if anybody here know any software that capable to do real time network traffic monitoring (Every devices connected to the network).

It need not to limit the bandwidth but just to show real time downloading/uploading speed of all those devices connected to the network.
P2P over (P2P 终结者) is one of the example but I do not sure if it still can be used in Win10.

Suggestion come come!
