External ip address for modem router

Hi dude,

May I know how come the external ip for modem router is difference with the ip address in canseeme.org /no-ip.com , normally its should be same.

currently now all my cctv from outside cannot see because of this external ip address problem. port forwarding doesn't change for previous setting.

I try to call tmnet they same no idea for this, pls help.
