Citizens of low yat, my wife has just got transferred to Kota kinabalu and even with the fact she is married to a businessman who cant shift his business the government decides to reject her numerous appeal and send her to SABAH from IPOH.

So here i am in sabah with my wife. Now being in the transportation business nearly 9 years of my life i am not very familiar with the scene here in K.K.

I'm planning to start up some business here but looking out for ideas from others. I have a few ideas like Opening a Northern Indian restaurant here in kk but i did not get very good feed back from the locals here. Planning to start up a t-shirt printing business but still at the planning stages.

Please do enlighten me with your ideas if u guys have any. Budget below 150k. What should i do? Any online business should i venture in?? anything u come up with just shoot dont be shy. Life is all about learning. Like i always say we wont become stupid if we ask but we will if we dont ask about something we dont know about. i just bought the original CD for COD4 and i just installed it but when i run it it lags. sometimes lags up to 3 or 4 secs sometime 1 or 2. the movement that lags, the shooting also. please help me. is it because of my laptop specs??
i'm running it on a DELL inspiron 6400, INTEL® CORE™2 CPU T5600@1.83GHZ, 1GB OF RAM, oRIGINAL VISTA BUSINESS, 256 GRAPHIC CARD ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400. 120 GB OF HARDDISK AND MORE THEN HALF FULL. please help me. i really wanna play COD 4.

guys i need some help!!
i want to take a loan to buy an apartment for my self. i'm a student working part time earning around 2k but i can ask my family member to stand as guarantor and i want to take a loan for an apartment which cost around 140k i need to know the best interest rate anyone knows that the bank can provide and for a 12 year loan and what are the procedures to obtain a loan. another thing is regarding the loan i dont have a form J from income tax. how do i get a loan then?

i just baught an iphone 3g 16gb from a vodaphone store in auckland, New Zealand, they told me that i only can use a vodaphone simcard in it. is that true? i need to know. cause i have not unpacked it yet. i really dunno what to do. after 2 hours of convincing them to sell the phone to me without a contract then i found out that it can only use a vodaphone simcard. now i;m back in malaysia. please help me and tell me what do i do? do i have to unlock it? helpz.!!!
