http://forum.lowyat.net/ Wed, 17 Jun 2026 09:56:03 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1139655 yeah , im pissed with seagate.<br /><br />submit a claim form, waiting for warranty, thats usual stuff right?<br />but not this time for me&#33;<br /><br />waiting warranty 1weeks consider fast and im happy with seagate so effective ,im so excited i can get back my seagate 320gb sata ,so the 1st returned 320gb cetified repaired hdd ,i copied 2xx gb files/ data all well but aiks , &quot;click noise&quot; sometimes when i read/write it, it can use but ok fine ,i resubmit rma forms online, reposted for another warranty . <br /><br />1weeks+ later, the 2nd 320gb hdd return, with different sn but still repaired hdd , (fine, im actually ok with repaired hdd, just make sure is working fine.) this time i wont so noob, i ran all the seatools test , hd tune test before i start COPYING my 200gb files. guess what, ALL THE TEST RESULT 90% FAIL , what now? another unlucky ? i dont think so, this call a good qc, from singap some more ? <br /><br />i&#39;ve already wasting 2 times express delivery fee and here what i gain... <br />my hdd (is a 5 years 1to1 exchange warranty which we can check at official seagate web), so what, if everytimes return bad hdd to u, u want a 5 years warranty ?<br /><br /><br />so i decide to share all my complain , problem to you guys , it could be u next time .
