framework occurred help

last time i got install the framework....
then i cannot login my vista,i try to repair with dvd.
but still cannot login my vista,and i don have restore point to restore.

now i try to install it again,but come out with this...
i think this is make me cannot login into vista.
how to solved this problem?

i just installed the driver for this sound card.
and i m not sure how to change the setting to get the best sound performance.
can someone guide me ?

i m using X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro Series and 2.1 speaker.
may b it cannot enjoy the sound with 2.1 speaker.
btw still got abit improvement.
