hi there guys,.,.im kind of a noob in this...so i just purchased a WDGreen 2TB 3.5" SATA internal hard disk to be installed to my AC RYAN ESSENTIAL PLAYON HD....to my surprise my laptop cannot read the hard disk even after i turn it on...one thing....the computer detects a mass usb storage device but still can't read...any pros out here can help me thanksess
