Just want to ask if anyone kept any teacup size doggy do they encounter any health problems ?

However, as these dogs are prone to many health issues, there are risks for buyers who do not use reputable breeders that do genetic health testing and breed their dogs by the breed standard.

Most recognized breeders do not breed Teacups, as they do not breed anything smaller than 4 pounds.

"Teacup" dogs are often dogs that were born prematurely [11] and carry greatly increased health risks. They are prone to heart failure, dental problems, behavioral/temperamental problems and various other complications, many of which are causes of their relatively short lifespans.

The word "Teacup" has been used to merely describe the size of a puppy, meaning it is very small and will probably be under the standard size which is 4 to 7 pounds for the Toy Group, Yorkshire Terrier breed. We cannot imagine anyone wanting anything smaller than that! Their bones are VERY fragile and can be broken by jumping off of a couch, falling off of a bed, being stepped on or worse.

Strata Title - Sunway Sutera / any condo around

I bought a condo at Sunway Sutera and the owner said he has submitted the application for transfering the strata title since April 2010... till now haven't got it yet...so my bank loan can't proceed because no strata for me since the owner can't get his done yet from developer...

Anyone facing this slow process too ?

Those condo that near Sunway Sutera at Kota Damansara.....Riana Green, Palm Spring, Opal, Cita Damansara, etc.....

Taking Bakery Course & stopping my job

Is it worth while to stop my current office job to go and take a bakery/pastry course and start all over again ? I'm already 33 yrs old

I like baking but this is a BIG step.
