Earth Defense Force 2017, known in Japan as Chikyû Boueigun 3 (地球防衛軍3, lit. "Earth Defence Force 3") is a third-person shooter developed by Sandlot, and published by D3 Publisher, for the Xbox 360. It is the follow-up to Global Defence Force, and is the first game in the Earth Defense Force series (as well as the first game based on D3's Simple series of budget games) to be released to North America. Earth Defense Force 3 was the best selling Games on Demand game in Japan for 2009. The game was released on the PlayStation Vita in Japan on 27 September 2012. The North American version has been confirmed.

It's an upgraded version from the previous EDF 2017 released for XBOX 360 only. New playable character,the female soldier (Palewing),new weapons,enemies,stages and balance. Also,online or ad-hoc mode up to 4players co-op/versus.
*Palewing needs to be unlocked by clearing the game once on any difficulty (5modes),I suggest for new player who never play 2017 before,starts by solo Easy once to unlock her before going online because playing in co-op mode will skip the cut-scenes at the beginning of the stage*

PSN release for R1,USD39.90 I think,so sad Lol but there's no online pass
