Help!Can Install Windows/Linux

dear all sifus..
i have a P4 pc at home..one day it says windows not found den i format and reinstall..but it cant..dont knw why..
den i try installing fedora..it works fine until one day it says missing as well
den after that i try installing any OS also cant..it will read half way the installation disc and then just stuck there..both XP and any pther linux distribution.
i chnaged even the HDD ..stil the same
help..
any advise?

thanks so much with all the input for my e30 vs sgti thread..
hope non of you guys curse me..
as i mentioned..dad wasnt happy for me getting either sgti n also e30..
small&over rated-sgti
e30-too old and scared too much hassle

den ytd my DAD n his friend came up2genting to find me..this time is my dad poison!!!
his fren was driving a v6 and another with a TT-eterna (twin turbo)

so im now looking into this::

just want some opinion..
i was actually looking for sgti initially but was poisoned by my friends for a bmw

let me fill you in with some info on why im getting a ride:
1.im working in genting, lots up&down hill action - more conv for me to go back home without skyway&bus
2.my wira was kidnapped by my sis&turn into her kiddie mobile
3.wan to have a ride so i can go holidays with

reason of a sgti or bmw e30:
1.both cheap (my budget)
2.sgti coz new& easier to maintain
3.e30 is rwd(never try b4&can drift?) and classic

potential problems:
1.lots or cold engine starts
2.maintenance, specially battery and brakes
3.old car and local car issues due to age

good aftnoon all sifus..
im actually working at genting now..staying at the executive quarters
i tot of applying for broadband, but not sure which is good for me
i did survey maxis&celcom..which i dont like due to the 3gb and also 5gb caps.
is streamyx is the only option i have?
i did ask the combo package(combo90) thru agents,but they very lansi,like dont want to do my biz..
any advise or offers you guys can guide me thru..plase..thanks.

wanna ask, hw do i create water mark or add text on my pics? use photoshop?
