I have a maxis biz fiber plan in my shoplot which i want to transfer to new owner.

It is 30Mbps and the new owner need to recontract for 2 years.

Only RM 99 per month and it comes with 4G backup.

This plan must be for business and register using business account.

I wanted to do refinance. But one of the banker told me, term2 has limit to 10yrs only. which bank still allow up to 30-35 yrs for term 2?

Can I sell my apartment without strata title yet ?

I want to sell my freehold apartment but i stil not get the strata title transfer to my name yet. I have presented to the land office 1-2 months ago. Do i need to wait the strata title to transfer to my name first before i can start selling ?
