Hi, my house will be ready in couple of months and i am wondering what kind of copper wire should i buy to extend couple more plug points, etc.

For household appliances such as fridge, washer,dryer, water pump

1. Is 2.5mm 100m x 3 diff color sufficient? Is 100m enough for 20x70 dbl storey house?

2. What thickness is standard from house developer? I remember some people said they rewired the entire house with thicker wire.

Guys and Girls..

Need your opinion.. my baby 3 weeks+ has been feeding on enfalac mix breast milk(very little around 10-20ml) - mum has little milk.

Lately these 1 week, he has been vomiting quite a lot each time after feeding (burping is done properly). He is on 3oz. And my wife suspected he is not used to enfalac which i highly doubt so as he was on it since birth.

So what do you guys think about it?

Ps: we are at confiment centre and the carer here are well trained.

Hi guys, based on your experience.. which one is better?

Room size is 13ft (W) x 12ft (L) x 9ft i think (H). Mostly dts-hd movies 70% and 30% flac music.

Currently im using ysp2500 but i felt the sub is insufficient (i used a logitech z5500 prior to this; 188W rms woofer) and often when on loud boom it is flapping (like farting). Ysp2500 has a subwoofer RCA output so im looking for a subwoofer.

Unfortunately, im from a small town (unable to demo) and based on my budget i came across the above Taga Harmony TSW 120 or 200 and Velodyne Impact 10. Though belodyne has tons of review; but i couldnt find much on Taga.

Which one do you choose and why?

After much thinking, should i upgrade my Core i5 2500K (Sandy bridge) to Core i5 6400/6500 (skylake)?

I'll be filing for police report if i still do not get their reply by next week.

Timeout whenever upload taking place

Hi guys.

I;ve been having this issue for sometime now and calls to TM and they just said that i used max my upload bandwidth which is total rubbish explananation and they refused to open a ticket.

Situation is like this...

Whenever i upload some things (anything at all), my ping would spiked up from 30ms to > 1000ms-2000ms and that render all web browsing activity almost to a halt with constant PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED and my HYPPTV would show loading screen.

THis only happen during UPLOADING. I can managed P2P to 1MB/sec without any issue and i'm still able to browse the internet.

Package : 8MBPS Streamyx with HYPPTV
Issue: High Ping and frequent timeout whenever any UPLOAD activity takes place.
Eg. If i upload a 80MB file, my whole Internet would be slow to a halt with high ping and request timeout (to any website). There's no issue with the ROUTER as i've tested both router and all similar issue. LAN and WIFI video streaming thru network is ok.

Anybody know what could be the cause of it?

Issue: Whenever there's any upload activity (eg. upload files, using video conferencing), my latency would shoot up to 500-900ms (based on 8.8.8.8 dns). Else, the ping is perfectly normal at 20-30ms. With 900ms, all browsing or internet usage is almost came to a halt.

I'm using DLINK modem (given by TM) and i'm on a 4mbps line. Speedtest.net is fine

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 507
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 5120
SNR Margin - Upstream (0.1 dB): 295
SNR Margin - Downstream (0.1 dB): 297
Attenuation - Upstream (0.1 dB): 25
Attenuation - Downstream (0.1 dB): 50

This has been going on for 2 mths and it is driving me nuts. I haven't lodge a report to TM as i know they won't be able to solve my issue.

Fixing .3gp files

Hi guys,

Yesterday i accidentally deleted a bunch of .3gp files captured using my handphone on my computer. I have so far managed to recovered all the files via file recovery software but i'm unable to play the files. Seems like it is corrupted.

Is there a way to fix it? This is very important audio files and affecting my future life.

EON BANK Credit Card finance charges?

Hey guys, just wondering anyone holding eon bank credit card here?

I have this issue which last month i have an outstanding of RM600 for my credit cards and my interest is 17.5%pa (i dunno why is not 13.5% as i never fail to settled all outstanding bills previously)

The problem is now my statement comes out with a Finance charge of RM24.50.

How the f*** did they get that amount??? Ok. So i called up their call centre and guess what they told me.... they say EON is calculating the interest based on daily (0.05%) and per transaction (each transaction multiply with 0.05%)and per day (30 days i suppose).?

WTF! This first time got this kind of fiannce charge.

Normal charges should be RM600 x (17.5%/12) = RM9.00

correct me if i'm wrong as never got outstanding before

Apexi Turbo Timer AFR reading show ---

Guys, I just got my TT fix at viswork yesterday. But somehow, the AFR show --- only (no reading) while the O2 sensor is showing reading. The rest of the voltage and timer all working properly.

Any idea?
