Hi all,

i wanna ask some advise,

i have a neighbour doing renovation of her house. She put the renovation rubbish bin infront of my house gate across the road.
then the rubbish bin is now very full with all the renovation leftover and plus a lot of domestic waste like " leftover food etc".
The rubbish is overflow and dropped around the ground. I afraid the mosquito will breed there.

i have asked her to remove the rubbish bin and put it in front of her house compound because CNY is coming and due to aesthetic reason.
but she keep a deaf ear and some more reply me rudely saying " that is MPSJ area, its not your area, i like to do renovation in my own way, its all up to me"

i really do not want to quarrel with the old lady, if not later ppl say i bully her.

What should i do? i have lodge a report to MPSJ, but do not know how good is the response.

Any advise?

Hi,

i have a quotation from a contractor,

1.concrete kitchen roof with 22ftX14ft= 161sqft (provision to extend 2nd floor) and
2.relocate toilet besides kitchen 7ftX8.5ft=60sqft
3.all plumbing and window included plus plaster ceiling.
4. 8ftx8ft wall hacking
5.water proofing for new toilet.
6. table top for stove and sink.

all in rm32k

then other parts of hse
1.water proofing for toilet rm800 and replumbing rm900 per toilet
2.hack old tiles rm2,install new tiles labour, rm6(with sand and rock plus cement) per sq ft
3.basic plaster ceiling rm2.7 per sq ft
4. current gate pillar remove and build two concrete pillar 6ftx3.5ft =rm3200

Is this price reasonable?

Hey guys,

i hav a HP w1907 lcd monitor..

i couldn turn it on, there is no lite on the on/off button, its not power cable problem..

i have call the cust service, he said the problem its power suppy of the monitor...

anyone here know where can i repair it?? or is it better to change to a new 1 other than repair??
