[SOLVED] updated bios but cannot access windows 7

i had an acer aspire 4750. i had updated the bios because my laptop is very slow, and i thought updating bios will help improve the speed.
i downloaded the latest bios here:
http://www.acer.com.my/ac/en/MY/content/drivers

everything go smoothly but when the laptop restart, it cant start/access windows 7 anymore, system restore, system repair also no help. however, because i had install 2 os that is ubuntu and windows 7, i am able to access ubuntu and i am now using ubuntu to create this thread. I had many important file in windows 7, is there any way i can do?

i am previously using 2.01 or 2.04 i think(when i just bought my laptop last time, i updated my bios once to 2.01 or 2.04, but that time no problem occur at all), and i am updated to the latest bios that is 2.17 which causing the problem.

is it ok if i update the bios to older version?

i got the bluescreen error when i try to access windows 7:" stop: 0x0000007B" , after some research on google, i found that it is related to hard drive problem. does it means i need to reset my harddrive? may i know how to reset a laptop's harddrive ?

yahoo......I changed the harddrive setting in bios from achi to ide, and everything go fines again...yahooo.....

i using acer aspire 4750, i3
have the same mouse stunt problem like you, sometimes the computer will hang frequently that i not used to encounter nowsaday, i open a browser, music player and messenger only also lag, bad impression to ACER, really fxck why will i bought acer, it is really like using my antique pentium 3, i used a asus laptop before asus , only using amd athlon x2 also much more faster than this, at least when multitasking many program also not experience any hang, just experience a little lag in little time.if i know acer so much problem, i would rather buy asus triple core that notebook, it has a graphic card and the price is much more cheaper than this. really FXCK, wont buy acer again in the future.
and asus provide 2 year international warranty, this only provide 1 year warranty, suck and fxck acer la!!

i bought a webspace+ a domain: iamboss.net in late august this year.
initially, i plan to write a blog about internet marketing but now i found out i am lack of time to do this.
i am thinking to develop a business forum for others to discuss about internet marketing and other business related stuff.
However, i scare i am lack of time to manage it afterward. So, do you guys have any suggestion what else i can do with the webspace?
