Laptop System Auto Shutdown

I sent my pc to Highpoint for service about three months ago under warranty for this auto shutdown problem and after that they replaced a new mobo and harddisk. But now recently this auto shutdown is becoming more serious. Sometimes I'm able to boot into windows but after few minutes it just shuts directly. Sometimes if I'm not lucky it will just turn off after few secs.

I tried to observe the temp using HWmonitor before shut down, it mostly reaches 55C maximum so I believe it should not be overheating? Besides, I'm not playing any game also, just normal browsing daily.

Laptop model: Acer Aspire 4745g, 4GB RAM
Warranty status: just expired
OS: Windows 8

Should I send to highpoint again or just normal computer shop? Will they charge for this? I will try to solve it first and any help is much appreaciated!

Recently I just install new Windows 8 on my pc, but I found that few hardware are either not working/do not show up in Device Manager.

1. ATI mobility Radeon HD 5470

I tried finding the latest driver from the manufacturer website and install the validation tool but it failed.

2. Synaptics touch pad

Since I'm using notebook with touch pad capability, I expect it to work with Windows 8 so I can easily use the swipe feature. Downloaded the latest driver from the official website, also didn't work.

3. Bluetooth module - pc can't detect it, have been searching all the ways to turn on Bluetooth.

Apart from all the above methods, I tried also to get the latest updates from Microsoft, no luck too.

So, anyone here faced this problem before? What is the solution for it? I would very much appreciate your help!

I'm using Acer Aspire 4745g, running on Intel i5 processor. Oh yeah, not to forget the Acer Support turned me down! How disappointing!

WTA: How to reformat wins 7

I have a question, lets say if I want to reformat my Wins 7, what should I do? I'm using Acer laptop, and I've tried the Acer eRecovery Management, but I don't want those Acer bloatwares to be there again. It'll be very troublesome to uninstall all the bloatwares. Is there any way to modify the recovery partition?
