Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur

Is there anyone going from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur on 30 September 08? I have gotten a wrong destination ticket to travel on that day. I also need the money to get me a correct destination ticket to travel on that day. cos have register a program that starts on that day.....can anyone help to get me a buyer? I could bare with the name change fees.

it was a weekend and i'm a single. with just a click away on the remote control, the square box(tv other than my computer) brings me away to so many places with the celebrity chef and...those deliciously looking cooked food. it's nice be dreaming sometimes^^". when reality kicks in, was when the stomach grows and its time to test out some of the scarsely remembered food and recipe in mind to recreate one...lol

Outsource Job opportunity

lately have encounter many oursource company helping candidates to look for jobs, serving as the person in between the hiring company and candidate to fill in the gaps. compare to years back, it was the personnel or the relevant human resourse to sort out talents that is suitable to fill in the position of the company is hiring.

even then i've notice of misconception of somehow that have happen. what i mean is that the hiring person is not the person who will be training the hired. good is when the senior themself is in charge of the employment events, cos they know the kind of quality to look for in the candidate for the good of company.

now is that the middle man employment company conduct did the hiring; wondering if their conduct is creditable?i.e.
1) out of office interview
2) seek insufficient information to hiring processes (i.e didn't ask enough question from company or candidate) the followup somwhat become informal.
3) lenghty followup (my case is it takes 2 weeks for them to get back to me ^^" mustache also grow liao.)

any of you have these kind of encounter with employment company?

after working a while, i have this strange feeling of putting away the permanent career and try out something different. Maybe i was plain bored and wanted more space to balance out my life or it was just plain warning signs that beeps "you need vacation" or "time out"

would like to hear you guys opinions lorr...
