If you’re looking for a job, please avoid from applying job from this company [R*ght Pow*r Technol*gy Sdn Bhd].

Few months ago, my friend was applied a job in this company and be short listed. He was being treated so nice at the first few months. But, recently, he received a warning letter without a valid reason. After few days for receiving the warning letter, he again is asked to resign by himself. He asked the company discharge him if there is any mistake done by him. However, the company don’t want to discharge him immediately just because tender someone need to pay for the compensation.

In fact, this company is treating all the new staff so nicely at first few months. After the employee work for more than 3 months, they will start pointing this pointing that, giving hundred reasons for kicks them out of the company. Reason is that, all the old staff worrying new staff is going to replacing them in future. So, if you are looking for a long-term job, please avoid from working in this company. All the old staff is playing politics.
