However, i got a call just now saying that i have an outstanding amount of RM 500 that needs to be cleared. I went to tmpoint personally to terminate my streamyx account at that time however, I cannot remember if they gave me the bill/receipt of the termination of my streamyx account or not as this have been 2 years only now that they inform me. I remembered that i gave back the phone and signed the document of the termination of my account but then this happen. Is there a way for me to rectify this situation?
