Condo Water Leak

I know this is the common issue and others have face the same issue, but i hope to get responsible and experience plumber/contractor to fix the issue and give me some expert advise after the inspection.

My unit have water leaking issue, the water leak is happened on my master room, we have try to ask the management to do first inspection the management guy seems simply make a decision said the piping issue.
The owner have make the redo the exposed piping at their unit passed 2 months, but no luck the water leaking still not yet stop. The owner are willing to fix but need to find out the root caused first, else he will not do anything. I understand his concern.

Please give some advise this and hope to get some reliable plumber/contractor, between do anyone know is it charge for the inspection ?

Noise from Car Audio Player

Dear Sifu,

Recently have change my car audio player, but then i find out after change the have noise which is come from engine. How i test it ?

1) On the volume to 5, then start engine, heard sounds "~~ji....."
2) Then press petal, engine sounds louder, the "ji" sound will louder
3) I off the radio, start engine...dont have that "ji..."

Have any idea of this issue ? I try looking the shop person who install, they said memang will have bit sound d...
but previous player dont have this, so they maybe this watt is higher, so will have. Previous was 20W X 2 way, now was 62W X 4 way.

is that true ?

Dear All Sifu,

My headphone just not function well, one side is no sound. When i moving the wired around the connector between the headphone speaker, then will sounds.
So its sure the wiring problem, i have remove the earpad and open it, try best to soil it myself. But when i look the problem part, i really how to do. Please give some advice or any recommended shop or service.

Retry when update hits record locking/errors

Hi all sifu,

Have problem regarding some update issue, briefly is something like below:-

1) Table A was a master table that contains most of the information
2) Process 1, trying to update table A, its need get information from table A, using the information to do some calculation then only update. At this point, process 1 have lock the records at DB level.
3) In the same times, Process 2 also trying to do some update for table A, so when it found that records have been locked. Process 2 get record lock error.

-Basically both process before update table A, they also will update others table but at last will update table A but maybe different columns.
-Both process is trigger from different function

My idea is try solve the record lock issue by :-
a) When records hit error, skip to process others records, then only retry after it.
b) If others records that hit error, have a runner who always do checking and try to process it.

I don't know which is the best way for this kind of process, i believe that lots will face the same with me but they sure hv their own solution.
Hope that all sifu can save me and give some advise on this.
