LYN Time server problem

To Mods and Admins. Please kindly refer to the picture i attach to this post. The LYN time server is forward 1 hour than my local time. My pc is using the standard timezone +8 GMT. Isit just me ?
Please don't mind the local time in my pc. I just notice this two weeks ago. Before this, the LYN clock server is tend to accurate with my local time, or it isn't? Mind to correct me with this .I though we are using the standard timezone +8 GMT ? I'm sorry, but i found this matter is very disturbing.
