Details of the complaint :

7 April: Pm-ed watches113 in LYN and ask for information on the warranty of the watch as I heard of many fake G-shock lying around. He even posted me a warranty card from the authorised distributor of G-Shock Malaysia to prove it's a GENUINE set.

And therefore I asked for banking details with his reply in whatsapp to bank into a Maybank account as per following:

And I banked in RM380 as per quoted and waited to see how a childish scam evolved!

10 April: I received the G-Shock which was a bloody fake G-Shock! And tried to call the number which he used to Whatsapp. The phone is off and sent few messages to him and no reply. Pic of the FAKE:

And I tried to PM-ed the seller in LYN. He replied that he sent me a wrong model. He somehow didnt get back to me on what he going to do about it until the next day "I'm out of station, Waiting for my AGENT reply me, Now he dunno what's the problem. Sent wrong model and you decided to refund. I waiting him" and kept on dragging..

15 April: He asked to give him some time as he will refund back to me and gave me the reason his friend sent him the wrong model and need time to get back the refund. He even insisted on the same EXCUSE, SENT WRONG MODEL.. and promised will refund. In the end He asked for a bank account and wayang kulit going on on the refund part.

17 April: However I was impatience and somehow seek help from my fellow friend, and I managed to locate him selling the same watch using the nick Andys113. I PM-ed him and he told me he need some time to sell more items and was busy with it for my refund.

18 April: He even offered me to pay installment on the refund, WTH! when he scammed me, did he allow installment? However I allowed more time for him to pay me back in FULL on the 22 April.

23 April: His pattern again asking for bank account and delayed until now.

22 May: Now his pattern is online and offline with Andys113 and he didn't even bother to refund or anything. However I will be filing a case against him.

26 May: He PM-ed me and promised again for a refund...? When?

29 May: Yet no refund from the so called promise..

4 July 2014: Yet not resolve..

11 July 2014 : Finally he refunded, asked to an address to send the fake back, he replied no need.
