Hi All,

Wanted to inquire if anyone can share experience for HR (especially GLC/ GLiC)

How does the medical results affect our job application?

Scenario is they provided the offer letter along with medical checkup guarantee letter. So far no medical related health issues in life. (However the usual cholesterol and sugar is there in previous month self checkup). Borderline and slightly high.

- what will HR usually look at on the medical report?
- will cholesterol and sugar border and slightly high affect the offer?
- the HR already informed to wait until after the medical results before resign.

Appreciate if HR sifus can clarify and share as am abit restless and concern it will affect the offer.

Applying for a job in a financial institution (GLC/ GLiC) despite having poor CTOS score.

P/S: poor score due to high loans NOT due to rearrears.

What are the chances our application will be rejected despite in final stages of interview? Appreciate if sifus can share your life experience.

Hi Everyone,

I got a job offer from ExxonMobil via Pantheon manpower. Below is the details:

Position: Client Server Analyst IV
Salary : 1x,xxx (Salary payroll by Pantheon)
Offer: Contract Staff (renewable year to year)

The salary seems nice since it is double of what i am having now. Anyone can share experience working in ExxonMobil? Especially someone in an IT roles or similar as i am.

1. Working Environment
2. How is it working as a contract staff there?
3. Possibility contract to be renewed? High?
4. Usually have bonuses for contract staff? (Can PM me if wanna share info)
5. Can ask for flexibility working hours? I need to send my kid to daycare.
6. Anyone care to share this Pantheon manpower? Do they take care of us? Since payroll is under them?
7. Chances to become permanent ExxonMobil staff? High?

Housing Loan Monthly Installment | EPF/KWSP

Hi,

Just wondering if any of you have done this transaction from EPF?

For example, i have previously taken out all money from Account 2 purchasing my first home and now currently building up again. Below is my situation:

1. Current account 2 amount: rm 4000
2. Housing Loan Monthly installment : rm 3100

Question is :[U]

Will EPF divide my account 2 amount with 6 month : rm 4000/6 = RM 700 (Monthly given to me)

OR

Will EPF divide my account 2 amount with my housing monthly installment : rm 4000/3100 = 1 month. (Can only cover my installment for one month only)

P/S: I have inquired EPF and while waiting for their reply, i just wanna hear your experience.

Dear Sifus,

I am in need of some expert opinion. I am interested to purchase a property in setia ecohill 2. Price is around rm640k. But my dilemma is i have ready purchased a service apartment in KL which price is rm700k (monthly installment @rm3.5k). But the apartment is yet to be completed. Expected completion is end of this year. Both i will be using combine income and name for purchase.

If my monthly combination income with wife is less than rm10k and after minus all expenses, balance is around 2k, is it safe for me to go on to book and purchase ecohill 2 first then quickly advertise and sell off my apartment in KL? Or play safe and sell off my current apartment first before buying ecohill 2?

Do let me know if u guys need more details of me in order to give more accurate opinion. Hope to hear advice from you guys.
