Which place is better?

I saw a few units did some calculations and the rental roi for rp2 is about 6-6.3%, while for msq is around 6.3-6.6%

The roi for msq is slightly higher but the selling price is also about 10-15% higher so there's that

Another point of consideration is whether it's easy to dispose of in the future or not. Msq feels more "dead" to me for some reason, maybe it's just the day that I went

Both places are leasehold and under master title. Studio for msq is at block D

Hi guys.

I'm thinking of letting go of my Mazda 3 2.0.

But the thing is, it seems like I can hardly find any 2nd hand Mazda 3s online, so I am wondering what is the 2nd hand market price for the car?

Some info:

Built: CBU
Year of registration: 2007
Mileage: 108k
Colour: Pearl white
Condition: Very good (minor scraps over the years got lar, but no major accidents whatsoever)
Service: Full and complete service record from Mazda (the one beside federal highway)

Trying to get an idea of how much I should expect for it, before I step into used car dealer shop, so that I don't kena potong.

Looking for designer for one day (6 hours) to do logo, tshirt, and leaflet design.

You need to have a laptop. We will meet up (perhaps at a Starbucks) where you will be briefed in detail, and then you can get cracking. Free Upgrade from Streamyx 4mb to Unifi 5mb?

Hey guys, got a call from someone from TM.

Says they are now doing promo, offering free upgrade for Streamyx users to Unifi.

Well, I'm currently using the Streamyx 4mb, monthly fee is 160. Funny thing is, for Unifi 5mb, the monthly fee is 149.

So let me get this straight: TM is proactively calling me up to give me free stuff (modem, dect phone, etc), while at the same time increasing my internet speed AND reducing my monthly fee?

Is this a scam or what?
