a file keep reappearing after i delete it

there is a file called ~WRL3082.tmp appearing in my desktop, this is not the 1st time. i tried deleting but cant, it said something about a program using it is still running. i only my msn and some microsoft word open. after i close and the window and msn, it disappear.
and another problem is a file named document keep reappearing after i delete it. it'll be there after i open my KM player. wat is this two thing?
i'm only very good with all this computer thing. plz help! thx in advance.
must i reformat my com?

Internships for 1st year students

As the topic suggest, does anyone know which company hire 1st year intern? i'm applying to most of the company i'm interested in but i think very few company will hire 1st year students as intern. is there any company that pops up in ur mind? thx in advance! oh ya, i'm currently doing a commerce degree in uni of melb. interested in banking, finance or insurance firm.
