First time property buyer

I am a first time property buyer. I am buying a service apartment named Parklane in OUG.
Please correct me the steps below as a new house buyers.

1. Pay booking fee to lawyer (who represent Akisama developer) to secure a unit.
2. With the booking letter, get loan from bank.
3. Once a bank offer loan for the house, proceed to:
4. Sign SNP with developer if SNP is available. Schedule of construction will also be provided to us.
5. Pay 10% down payment to developer when signing SNP
6. Go EPF with SNP to claim back the 10% down payment (depends on the amount you have in EPF)
7. Once developer started construction work, bank will pay developer.
8. House owner will pay interest incurred (i don't know how this calculation works)
9. Once we get the house key, we pay house installment to the bank everymonth.

Let me know if the steps above are correct. Correct me if I miss out anything so that I can plan my fundings.

Hi,

Imported cars eg: Wish or Caldina, which windows are originally dark, some cars in Malaysia have black tinted rear and side window.

I plan to darken my car windows too! but i wonder how much is the summon?
Also, what is the standard wang kopi now? Need to prepare myself just in case jpj or police block.
