Need help ! Power trip issue

Hi all situ here, is anyone knowing realisable electric technician that help to solve my house power trip issue as mentioned below ?

Currently my house is having 2.5hp ceiling cassette type aircond, and it able to turn on and function as normal. Problem is when I turn off the aircond using remote, then switch off the aircond 20amp switch, my house will have power trip, and certain area will not have electric. I need to open the dB box and turn on the tripped button.....

Anyone facing the same issue ? Was it my aircond issue .or Wiring issue?

Sub-Sales housing issue

Hi all sifus, i need some helps and advise, where recently i am keen and interested to buy a sub-sales property. We are almost near to agreeing on price and paperwork, but then suddenly i get to know owner did not apply for MPK renovation plan when first they did the massive renovation.

The house is 2.5 story end lot, with 22 ft empty land. Owner has extended 22 ft, from ground all to top, which consider massive renovation. Now, question that i have now is, is it possible for me to legalise it now, by getting architect to draw the plan, and submit for approval ? Will there be the chance where MPK came and ask to wack off the extended part due to savety issue ?

To all VB expert, does anyone have any books, or E-Book that related to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 product ?

I have downloaded the trial version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Professional Edition, and i am try to learn the visual basic 2005.......I have search through all the book store, but can not find any books that related to this product........

Kindly need your help/guide me where actually i can find this book ? Or anyone have any books, which related to this product, and willing to let go ? Please let me know......

Hi to any expert bro here, i need help on my PS 2 console, as now it can not detect any single game i try to insert in.....

It keeps on prompt me the error of inserting the correct DVD format...last time still can one....

Any idea y this thing happen?

Edifier C3 Speaker

Hi all, recently, i just bought in an edifier C3 speaker, and plug it into my build in sound card from my main board. But i found out that the sound output from the woofer is very soft, even i turn the volume up to 30 and above..........

Have anyone experience this before, or is it the nature of the C3 woofer act like? Or i have to buy in additional sound card, in order to boost up the power and usage of the woofer ??
