Hi

I was going through the cash lane for the Batu Tiga Toll in Federal Highway, then when i want to pay the attendant waved and ask me to go. I thought there will be opening for more toll booths in front. Then i realised there was no more booths and i already pass the toll booth without paying! How?

First 3 digits of mobile num: regional numbers?

Hello everyone, i'm not sure if you guys understand my question. Sorry about that

does the first 3 digits in our mobile phone number determines the region? north or south region etc?

or is it determined by our location using the number?

for example: i bought a penang number but i'm using it in KL so when i call my KL friends, am i charged Penang - KL or KL - KL ?

can anyone tell me where to find a list where it shows which number is from which region?
