Admin, HR and Payroll Executive

Job Description
1. Collate staff claim records from the Approving Operations Support team. Once a month affair.
2. Tabulate and calculate claims, bonuses and allowances and ensure accurate payment/disbursement
3. Ensure Schedule bank payments are made or hand out paychecks directly to employees. Majority (90%) are on automated bank-in payroll system.
4. Issue invoices and statements and coordinate with Clients. Mostly on automated monthly payment.
5. Report on payroll expenses and reconcile on claims and disbursements.
6. Prepare payroll with accuracy to ensure wages and tax withholding are complying with Govt regulations.
7. Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
8. Set up, maintaining and updating accurate employee records, such as sick and other entitled leave.
9. Preparing,maintaining and updating where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and business contracts
10. Managing the overall office upkeep and maintenance (third party company)
11. Managing, sourcing and procuring office equipment and pantry necessities (from a ready list of regular suppliers)
12. Coordinate timely monthly financial accounts and statements with the contracted outsourced accounting, and company sec firm
13. Attend to labour office enquiry ( but v rarely. Only 3 times past 14years :-)
14. Attend to other Govt offices like EPF, SOCSO or to Bank as when needed etc...

Job Requirement.
- Proven experience in handling full spectrum in office admin, payroll and human resources administration
- Good knowledge in using Ms office (words & Excel) and adapt to Bank payroll system
- Familiar with compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
- Good/Fair knowledge of labor legislation in Malaysia
- Good time-management and people/ EQ skill
- Discipline in Accounting/Finance/Admin or relevant qualifications (diploma or degree). Due considerations can be given to those with extensive experience.
- Understands the importance of confidential information and fiduciary.

Location: SS19/6, Subang Jaya , Selangor

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.)

Salary Range: RM 2,800 - RM 4,000 (Depending on qualifications & experience)

Samsung for Senior citizen - Advice pls? TQ

Hello, I need a bit of help, actually a lot of help from you all, the smart phone experts.

Currently, I have an aging Samsung Galaxy Note.
I had wanted to buy the Huawei YMax as it has a much bigger screen , longer battery power etc etc for senior pple.
BUT then I found out that Huawei is banned in America and since I have saved up for a once a lifetime trip there, I am now at a loss.

Can anyone here kindly recommend me an equivalent to the Huawei YMax specs but a Samsung brand perhaps? My max budget rm1200.

We are a 'small but big' company dealing with only MNCs. Only 15 ops staff in office. Our accountant/finance Manager is retiring soon.

The daily/weekly accounting work is easy. We only have a handful of multi national clients and therefore monthly invoices are just that. It is also easy to do as every invoice is automated and payment to us is also not a stress.
We have 300 staff but everything is automated.

We are in need of a finance person/accountant who can also guide a full time assistant. The job and responsibilities are a stroll in the park for the accountant or even a senior Book Keeper who is newly retired, or is fed up of spending hours in the traffic jam.

We offer
- Family, Peaceful, and non political environment. Current accountant/finance manager with us for 10 years.
- Easy access in Subang Jaya SS19, with free parking.
- FLEXI hours. You can come in at 10am and go before 5pm (to avoid the rush hours)
- MAXIMUM 4 day week but we think 3 days should be more than enough.
- Normal Book keeping duties and ensure accounts are up to date etc. (complete JD is there )

Is this common? And where can i find an alternative without having to buy a very expensive original Made in China Nikon battery...Thanks

HELP! TOLONG! chiew-ming!

Pepper is to go into a temporary home/or pet hotel.
We have a wedding dinner to go outstation, by flight, and she cant come along....The dates are Dec 23-16.

theres no1 home to care for Pepper.

Pepper is a sweet adorable, manja 4yr old Pekinese mixed. She is a indoor house dodg. She is house trained, can do tricks and can melt any heart.

If you know any1 who provide a temporary home at a reasonable fee or a decent and NOT caged-up kinda dog hotel, PLease Please recommend but do so becos you have experienced it...

I have a lovely 2yr old female shihtzu. How do I know if she is ready to mate? I mean, other than waiting for her to have her period (they do, don't they?), how do i know?
