First impact mu-level is set at a high-performance level. Mu-level changes with temperature. This compound reacts quickly at low and high temperatures and are consistent and exceptional. Without forceful brake pedal stroke, high performance can be attained. Developed for lots of stop-and-go driving, this compound is a soft compound that is strong and resistant against high temperatures. Ideal also for closed-course drag race situations. Non-Steel Developmental Process. With no steel materials, dust is minimal and rusting is prevented, enabling ease of cleaning wheels (even without water). SSY compound is not aggressive towards the discs.

The SSS compound (Super Street Sports) is a newly developed street pad combining excellent performance with an affordable price.Using new materials Endless has made a compound that has a higher heat resistance then previous compounds in this performance range, and also more bite.

Suitable for all types of street use, and even the occasional trip to the racetrack.
Endless have read the correct rotor temperature ranges for the spirited street driver. The rotor temperature range for this compound is wide and mu-level is consistently stable. Thus, brake pedal force does not change considerably at different rotor temperature ranges and braking performance levels maintain consistency on the street given most situations. This is a very controllable compound that is set at a high mu-level. After fade, recovery is achieved while brake performance does not worsen, returning to the mu-levels achieved before fade, right away. Part of the Non-Steel Series, Endless uses a Non-Steel Developmental Process using a new, mild ceramic material to increase rotor friendliness. With no steel materials, dust is minimal and rusting is prevented, enabling ease of cleaning wheels (even with water).

The Endless CC-R is a ceramic-carbon-metallic compound, which is developed for high temperature usage, such as on the track. This pad will need some warming up, due to the revised compound, but will offer more consistent and more powerful braking at extremely high temperatures. These pads have an operating temperature from 150-800 °C, so can stand up to some extremely hard use. The initial bite and response from these pads is excellent even at very high speeds (250-300 km/h) (155-185mph) and so also the pedal feel and brake balance is superb when using these pads.

Ignitability That's a Cut Above
With DENSO's very own U-Groove ground electrode for better spark performance
To increase ignitability, the important point is to let the flame kernel caused by the spark to grow to a large size. Normally, this can be accomplishing by widening the spark gap, however this causes spark voltage to increase, which has the opposite effect. IRIDIUM POWER uses DENSO very own U-Groove ground electrode to realize a superb ignitability while maintaining spark voltage at low levels.

Improved Horse Power
Get more power with an optimal combustion cycle.
IRIDIUM POWER has a low required voltage and a high ignitability, resulting in less misfiring and no spark, the outcome being a dramatic improvement in combustion. Engine output is thus increased. The findings of a bench test using a motorcycle engine to show the improved combustion from IRIDIUM POWER is shown on the below. Compared to normal plugs, a 0.5ps (1.4%) improvement is seen in output at 110km/h.

Improved Acceleration
Increased response and acceleration performance.
IRIDIUM POWER best demonstrates its performance improvement during acceleration.IRIDIUM POWER has a 0.4 mm diameter iridium center electrode and a specially shaped ground electrode. These features combine to achieve higher ignitability and require lower spark voltage than ever before. This enables high-response driving with fewer misfires than under higher required voltage spark conditions, and fewer misfires when ignitability is difficult. As a result, acceleration improves in comparison with normal plugs.

Improved Fuel Mileage
Even during idling ignition is assured, with less fuel consumption and less noise.
The good ignitability from the fine electrode (0.4mm) of IRIDIUM POWER draws out much more performance from the engine. Comparing a normal plug (W20FS-U) with an IRIDIUM POWER(IWF22) on a 2 cycle 50cc engine, fuel consumption improved from 41.74km/L -> 43.69km/L, an improvement of about 5%.
Note: Mileage measured using a chassis dynamo; actual driving results under normal conditions may vary.

The Secret behind DENSO's Iridium Patent!
Plug electrodes conventionally have used nickel and platinum. These were not pure metals, but alloys containing other metals. Depending on the composition of the alloy, the matrix material's properties can be maximized. Using the same approach, iridium is alloyed with rhodium. The rhodium layer covers the iridium, improving the properties of the iridium. This iridium/rhodium technology was recognized by the Patent Offices of Japan and the UK, and in January 1999, a patent was granted in each respective country. (Patent Number - Japan: 2877035, UK: 2302367). Because DENSO had this patented technology, DENSO was able to make dia. of the iridium down to 0.4mm.
The most important things for plug performance are ignitability and sparkability. To make the electrode as fine as possible is the goal of spark plug manufacturers worldwide, and DENSO has taken the lead, succeeding the commercializing the 0.4mm dia. center electrode plug

A Pattern from Spark to Ignition.
Electrodes have a quenching (cooling) affect (where the heat of the ignited flame kernel is taken away by the electrode). This cooling affect is greater with larger electrodes, sometimes causing the ignition to stop short of the stage in Figure 4. To improve ignitability, the contact area between the electrode and the flame kernel must be reduced. Improved ignitability is why IRIDIUM POWER electrodes have been made fine as possible.

PIAA SS-R Radiator Caps are designed to withstand extreme heat conditions and engineered to hold more pressure than those of stock applications. PIAA Radiator Caps are constructed of full stainless steel and utilizes a urethane seal. Available for: Subaru, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Lexus, Infinity, Mazda, and Mitsubishi vehicles.

In a cooling system, a higher pressure equates to a higher boiling point for the coolant. Higher coolant pressures also transfer heat from the cylinder heads more efficiently. We recommend using a radiator cap with the highest pressure rating that the radiator is designed to accept. In general, performance radiators will accept 22-24 PSI, and professional racing radiators will accept a 29-31 PSI.

The coolant will typically only build to 16-18 PSI, due to expansion up to 200°F. However, if the engine does overheat due to external factors, the pressure inside the cooling system could reach as high as 28 PSI. Once the radiator cap has opened and vented coolant, the engine will not cool down until it has been turned off. The radiator cap is basically a "safety valve", so always use the highest pressure radiator cap that the radiator will tolerate. If you are unsure of the pressure rating for your radiator, check with the manufacturer for the maximum recommended operating pressure.

Normal atmospheric pressure = 98kPa, so add this number to the above 'Additional Pressure' value to get the improved working pressure with the use of PIAA SS-R Radiator Cap. E.g. 98kPa + 88kPa = 186kPa, or 98kPa + 108kPa = 206kPa. The right table shows you the enhanced boiling temperature as a result of increased pressure.

PIAA's unique pressure-regulating safety valve constantly maintains proper rated pressure in real-time, no matter whether the internal radiator pressure increases or decreases. This safety valve also doubles as a boiling prevention button. Driver and mechanic can depress the button to release built-up pressure so as to minimize over-boiling spilling.

Technical Information:
If you're serious about your car's handling performance, you will first be looking at lowering the suspension. In most cases, unless you're a complete petrol head, this will be more than adequate. However, if you are a keen driver, you will be able to get far better handling out of your car by fitting a couple of other accessories to it. The first thing you should look at is a strut brace. When you corner, the whole car's chassis is twisting slightly. In the front (and perhaps at the back, but not so often) the suspension pillars will be moving relative to each other because there's no direct physical link between them. They are connected via the car body, which can flex depending on its stiffness. A strut brace bolts across the top of the engine to the tops of the two suspension posts and makes that direct physical contact. The result is that the whole front suspension setup becomes a lot more rigid and there will be virtually no movement relative to each side. In effect, you're adding the fourth side to the open box created by the sub frame and the two suspension pillars.

Is there a need to have our vehicle chassis strengthened?
The chassis of the car is the part which experiences the most of the abuse from the driver. It is particularly due to the weight transfer of the vehicle body during fast cornering, hard braking or hard acceleration. In some instances, the weight transfer during cornering may cause one side of the vehicle to experience as much as 3 times more force than the other side of the vehicle, causing enormous chassis flex/ vehicle body deformity and twist, consequently causing tires to lose grip. Deformity and twisting of the vehicle chassis during cornering may cause negative handling traits such as understeering and oversteering.

Why Ultra Racing?
During the development phase of Ultra Racing bars, we ensure the products are accordance to our design and development philosophy. We conduct real on-road performance test and well as on-track testing. In order to obtain data, we also invented three testing jigs, namely Bending Test Jig, Torsion Test and Flex Test Jig, to test the performance of our products as well as the competitors’.

The strut bar is bolted to the jig to simulate the actual situation on the vehicle chassis. For torsion test jig, torque is applied to one side of the bar, and the amount of twist is recorded. Torque used was calculated and fixed at 6.6kg/m.

For compression test jig, forces are applied along both sides of the bar. Maximum compression force is recorded to study the structure of various kind of designs that the bar can take under different kind of conditions or during an impact. We use a hydraulic pump to compress at set pressures and record the results

For flex test jig, torques are applied on the ends of the bars to simulate the performance of the bar under chassis flex conditions. Torque used for the experiment is fixed at 8kg/m.
