Hi sifus, I’m wondering how you usually search for new or subsale property projects (old or new) more easily?

Currently, Sri Petaling 2-storey landed subsale houses are around RM800k–900k. I checked BK4 / BK5 as well, and prices are around RM700k–800k.

Sri Petaling houses are quite old, maybe around 40 years, while BK properties are still about 20+ years old.

I searched around the forums and listed some freehold landed areas with at least 2-storey houses, preferably not more than ~20 years old:

1.BK4 20 - 30 years
2.BK5 20-30 years
3.Sri Petaling 30-40 years
4.Gembira 33 10-20years
5.OUG 30-40 years?

Are there any other new projects or subsale areas around these locations that you’re aware of?
I’ll keep updating the list so I can monitor them when I have time.

Issue above did not happen recently.

I have new issue which random "no signal detected" in my pc when i launch game.. maybe from 1 month i get once or twice.
My pc is still running, fan spinning...
GPU no respond no fan spin , i need force restart the system...
Tried to run benchmark few hour no issue..

Mouse not detected after reboot.

Hi guys,

I using Asrock mobo B760M Steel Legend Wifi.
So I have 1 mouse with dualmode BT and 2.4Ghz USB adapter.
Mobo got many USB port.
2 x USB 2.0 rear
2 x USB 3.2 rear
1 x USB 3.2 Gen2 Rear
2 x USB 3.2 front

I have 2 set of keyboard, 1 of the keyboard is wireless USB adapter, and 1 more is dual mode(BT+Adapter).

So i connect my mouse adapter to rear 2.0 usb, and my 1st keyboard usb adapter to the 2.0 usb rear as well.. as below picture, the usb 2.0 is under antenna.

Problem is
After restart, my mouse not moving, i need unplug and replug the adapter. Keyboard no need unplug. I swap the both USB 2.0 also same result.
When i plug my mouse adapter to front USB 3.2 then no issue, after reboot can use like usual.

Port of 2.0 should be no problem since my keyboard is detected even after reboot right? But my mouse it won't if i reboot, but this dont happen on front 3.2 usb port.

Please review my build

Bought 4 stainless Steel bracket which rated 50kg to 150kg per pair..
4pcs (2 pair) I think min can handle 100kg over.
Table not sure how heavy assume will be around 10kg?

How do you protect your parent bank saving?

Hi Guys,

Nowadays always saw these news old ppl saving gone etc.
All story no ending like - did they recover their losses? So far i didn't saw any.

Popular syndicate operation I heard as below.
1. Bait your victim click some link so hack their phone.
2. Register apps behalf of victim and through apps sapu all their saving
3. Phone call scam, not sure if able to hack . . saw some news said over the phone make victim lost their saving.
4. LDHN etc common one.

I always remind my parent don't click bait, i not sure if they will fall for it.
Don't call number from sms or answer unfamiliar number.

Another way in my mind to be control freak get a mobile n register all those apps for your parent (so other ppl or even themselves will be locked to reg those apps on their phone).
This seems very cruel, i did that to my dad last time but lastly i let him reg to his phone as he become more good in tech.

My observation old folks easily click picture etc as their mind are not good in adopting technology (not fast learner as tech keep evolving)
Most old folks not good with tech, which banking keep evolving making compulsory for apps etc in another word it will be risky for conventional/traditional people who don't adopt tech.

So please discuss what other prevention you can do?

Nowaday new flagship or flagship killer always do sell high price then bundle something as free..
Padahal all cost inclusive already..
Example buy phone maybe free sound system, ear bud, watch etc..
If take out maybe the phone price only around 2k-3k they bundle thing we don't need and jack the price to 3k-5k+
What you guys do with these item? Resell?
Example if you have watch, tws, sound system buat apa need so many.. I done rant

In Malaysia epf sg is cpf.. Rate almost same 5-6 percent..

Then FD is the next bet Malaysia currently 2%+ and sg barely 1%?

RFID on a tint, headlamp tint..

Hi guys, anyone tried remove the tint with rfid?

I know remove the rfid directly will break the sticker..
But my case I stick rfid on a tint.. And this tint on my headlamp.
If I remove the headlamp tint, then i cut the rfid shape with my current tint then I stick it in my new re apply headlamp tint.. Will it work?

Do we able to spot it physically either it will work or not or broken?

Wall drilling for bracket mounting

Hi Guys,

Need some advise, I wanted to drill some mount for curtain rail, TV cabinet etc.
So I invested a cordless Bosch drill with hammer function.

On my 3rd room I drill for 1 hole used over 1hr - 2hr. It's ccrazy, then I curi Ayam by not drilling too deep for other hole (need 3 bracket, 1 full depth, another 2 I cut off nail and the plug to half).

Each time I drill, its smooth for 1.5cm around 0.6inch then it become damn hard , I think it's concrete, and 1.5cm it's cement?
I am using mansory drill bits and I try switching a few with my uncle itss still give similar result.
I also borrowed my uncle corded hammer drill, black decker hit 1.5cm then become very hard to drill like not moving..

Aircond installer come they also complaining my wall is very hard to drill which they use a lot force, they said normally few min 1 hole they did, my hse like near half n hr for 1 hole.

Need some advise as below.
1. If I just drill 1.5cm and cut plug with screw, will it dangerous? cause I not sure how much weight it can take.
2. If I shall drill full 3cm (normal screw n plug length) any tips to proceed the hard rendered concrete I assume? not sure is my drill bit problem or drill or skill.. haha
