Strata title of Apartment

hl87 — Sun, 21 Oct 2012 20:49:49 +0800

Hi everyone,

I'm interested to purchase an subsale apartment, from the s&p there written "the vendor is registered and beneficial owner of leasehold land of 99years expiring on Feb 2085." The s&p agreement was made at the year of 2007. After calculate only 2085-2012 = 73 years left ?

I've checked with the developer that the strata title had just been recently issued from developer about 2 monhts+ ago, does the tenure period will be re-maximised ? How long and until what years would it be ?

Many thanks to all sifu-sifu here...

I was asked for 2nd interview with the GM. Usually, what are the questions that will be discussed or asked during that interview ? Any idea ?

Salary range

I'm currently looking for a job in an audit field.

I had 2 yrs experience in general/cost accounting in property & construction line but with no experience in auditing yet.

I would like to know, what's the salary range that I would be offered for the experience I had ?

Thanks in advanced.
