i wanna build a htpc... so, my budget around RM2000 - RM2500.... this all include :
1. proc
2. mini-ATX mobo
3. casing
4. psu
5. ram
6. a big hardisk (mean high capacity)
7. graphic card ( ATI or nVIDIA )
8. mouse & keyboard
9. speaker / headset
10. monitor 20"
11. DVD RW/R+ player

purposes for movies, not very high end games, internet and others....

if you guys have any suggestion, please share it with me and others...

about this water cooling setup

hello fellow friends... i just wanna ask you all opinion about this water cooling setup... Thermaltake Bigwater 745.... i already read a lot of review about complete set WC vs custom WC... so, what you all guys say bout this?? positive or negative... anything including CPU water block, pump, reservoir, tube, radiator 120 and radiator 240, etc...

because i wanna buy this setup... any positive or negative opinion i accept it...

hai guys... i dunno i should post here or in overclockers united.... but, this one related to hardware component...

just wanna know, what kind of VGA water block compatible for HD 4800 series especially for HD 4870.... i already googled around and dunno which one compatible and of course better in performance... good quality...

as in the title above, can anyone recommend me a graphic card... not really heavy gaming...

1. PCI-e
2. ATI or Nvidia
3. budget not more than RM350
4. acer aspire m1610... has 1 slot pcie i think...

my suggestion here :

1. ati hd 4670 512MB DDR3 128-bit
or
2. ASUS Nvidia EN9500GT TOP 512MB DDR3

or anybody has better idea.... thanks...

can any body suggest the best water cooling for my Lian Li PC-A07.... include water block for Graphic Card... my budget around RM1000-RM1200 only.... if less, so good... but if little bit over budget, i'll consider it... some more, bit nooob bout this system... can any sifus guide me...

i have probs here... i can't find where i can adjust my FSB:DRAM value... current value is 5:6... maybe i can tweak this value to 1:1... here the CPUID..

broken PSU connector

actually, i dunno how this happen... my psu connector to hardisk is broken... when i fix to hdd, it loose... not so tight.. so, this connector can change or not?? if can change, can any body tell how to change this connector... or, maybe i can show you some pic...

i need recommendation and suggestion for mobo... i wanna upgrade my mobo... current mobo gigabyte ga-ep45-ds3...

here, my choice...

1. asus maximus II formula

2. asus rampage formula

3. asus pq5 deluxe

4. gigabyte ga-x48t-dq6

main purposes :

1. better performance

2. overclock

3. dual GC crossfire / SLI

any specification bout my rig, see my signature....

gc or one is enough?? i scare if i connect only one cable, it not working..

let discuss about this... which one is the best for gaming??

1. Dual core processor with high frequency ( 3.0Ghz & 1066 RAM )
2. Quad core processor with low frequency ( 2.4Ghz & 1066 RAM )

all other specs are same...

no overclock...

until now i still thinking which one is the best.... & what the reason u choose it?? plz explain a bit...

i want add 1 more graphic card ATI Radeon HD4850... i already install 1...
but, i dunno my mobo & my PSU can support this 2 VGA...

motherboard : Gigabyte EP45-DS3
PSU : Gigabyte Odin Pro 800watt
processor : Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz

did all this enough for me to add another one VGA card??
i scare after i install another one, it be probs & wasted....
