scratch lcd screen

I just got my new 19" samsung t190 lcd monitor last 3 months. Recently I accidentally scratched the lcd surface when I move my pc case. The scratch is about 4" long and quite deep and can feel with fingers. Is there any way it can be fix like sending it back to the dealer or any local pc repairshop? Im not talking about claiming the warranty cause I know it not covered in this type of case. Please help.. Tks..
